Subconscious strange sensation

watched indescribable in church last year and i tell you, its breathetaking
i never knew how big the universe was. i cant believe my stupidity tells me that theres only the solar system and teeny weeny stars in the space, hahahah how dumb!
but anyway this is a picture from NASA of a giant spiral disk of stars, dust and gas is 170,000 light-years across, or nearly twice the diameter of our Milky Way galaxy. It is estimated to contain at least one trillion stars and about 100 billion of them could be similar to our Sun. COOL HUH :D

and the most fascinating thing is that in the core of the whirlpool, an image is captured and look, it is in the shape of a crucifix. how amazing (:
